Pressure Drop Alligator Tugboat (7.2%)

Alligator TugboatYet another fab little beer from this fab little brewery, Alligator Tugboat is a Simcoe IPA that pours a rich Amber with a frothy head and smells of fruit jelly sweets.
The body is a big round toffee malt that’s full of biscuits, honey, cookie dough and caramel.
It’s chewy and warming and fun.
The Simcoe does what Simcoe does, slapping you with sharp green herbal leaves, pine resin, some earthy wood pulp pithiness and a good slosh of lemon juice that drags you to the long bitter and very dry finish.
