Six°North Wanderlust Wheat (4.6%)

Wanderlust WheatThis is a very good lightweight Wheat Beer that smells of spiced pears and a hint of clove.
The beer is a very pale straw colour with a fluffy white head and taking a mouthful you find the tiniest hint of fried banana hiding behind a brioche, honey and a salted caramel malt, and a good fresh metallic basil and hazel leaf hopping that’s brightened by lemon zest and a pinch of All Spice before the finish goes dry, brittle and crisp.
