A Pilsner brewed with lots of “hops and love”, this little bottle of joy is going down rather well with the lamb curry that I’m having for lunch.
Pouring a rich amber with a fluffy head, the smell is a spicy garden border bouquet.
There’s a soft and creamy caramel and ice cream cone malt and lots and lots of hops.
They’re sharp and fresh, all lemon zest and bracken, passion fruit, herbal greenery and chamomile tea, and they cut across the heat of my food beautifully, the crisp clean finish refreshing my palate for the next mouthful of hot chilli fun.
