This is a refreshingly crisp little low ABV beer.
Pouring a pale gold, the smell is fruit jelly sweets and vanilla, and that’s pretty much where the flavour begins.
You find a big glob of toffee and some crunchy digestive biscuits, and then a good hit of peach and lemon rind from the hops.
All this leads you towards a nicely dry bitter finish.
Straight Jacket would make a very good session beer.
