Bad Co. Brewing & Distilling Comfortably Numb (3.8%)

Comfortably NumbComfortably Numb is a Pale Ale that feels and tastes like a much higher ABV beer, and that is a very good thing.
Pouring a pale gold with a delicate ring of froth for a head, the smell is big and round and full of passion fruit, mango and peaches.
The malting is soft and chewy, all honey glazed waffles, salted caramel and ice cream cornets, and the hops are fresh and zippy with green herbal leaves, lemon zest, a dry hazel pithiness and lots and lots of fruit salad goodness that leads you to the beer’s crisp dry finish.
Very nice indeed.
