Black Market Brewing Co. Hefeweizen (5%)

HefeweizenThis is a lovely creamy little Hefeweizen that pops out of its can a bright gold with a fuzzy head, smelling of apricots and straw bales, all bright and breezy, looking and smelling like summer.
The malting is soft and supple, honey coated waffles, ice cream cones and caramel, and the hops are sharp greenery, pithy and lightly spiced, while there’s a good earthy richness from the yeast that lingers in the dry bitter finish.
