Left Coast’s IPA is a solid and very drinkable beer that gives you everything you generally look for in an American IPA.
Pouring a bright gold with a little fluffy head, the smell is peaches on varnished redwood tables.
There’s a sweet and sticky toffee coated apple pie from the malts, spun sugar and well baked pastry, a dab of honey and a pinch of salt, and the hops are heavy with pine needles, resinous wood pulp, herbal greenery and a sharp lemon zest zap.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I have beer to drink.
