One Mile End Brewery Snakecharmer IPA (5.7%)

Snakecharmer IPAThis is a decent little IPA, a beer I’d be happy to drink on a regular basis.
Pouring a bright gold with a nice foamy head, the aroma is a big fresh fruit salad, sweet and rich with limes and peaches.
There’s a soft round malting, all caramel and wafers, it forms a solid backbone for the lovely slap of hops.
And the hops are good.
Lots of lemon and lime zest, some orange marmalade and a blast of sherbet coated grapefruit, it’s fizzy and zingy and fun and it makes for a beer with a sharp bitter finish.
