In a word, wow.
Bottled on the tenth of February this year and so only a week or so old, this Double IPA has been made with ninety nine kilos of 2015 harvest hops.

And what a super fresh and incredibly fruity beer this is, pouring a pale gold with a light fluffy head, its aroma is lemon juice soaked peaches, lime leaves and Hubba Bubba.
The malts are super soft and delightfully chewy, all caramel wafers, brioche and honey glazed waffles, and then there are the hops.
Über fresh and fruity, packed with tangerine and mango, sherbet lemons, basil leaves, kiwi and melon, this is a beer you want to glug down as it’s just so perfectly balanced between sweet and bitter.
The scary thing is that you can’t feel the alcohol, instead it sneaks up on you when you’re not expecting it.
This is wonderful brewing.
