Dark Revolution So LA (4.5%)

So LAThis is a delightfully balanced little beer, and it is a little beer, a beer you can drink all evening, but a beer that will keep you interested.
You see, Dark Revolution of Salisbury have managed to make a beer that is round a fruity and fresh while keeping the alcohol reasonably low.
Certainly the beer feels far bigger than its 4.5% ABV, with its fresh fruit salad aroma, and a malting that is round and chewy, full of caramel wafers and gloopy honey.
And the hops are huge.
They are fresh and fruity, zingy with lemon rind and tangerines, juicy with mango and peach, and fizzy with sherbet and lime zest that makes for a super dry and bitter finish.
I’m very impressed indeed.
