Wapping Mad is a very good little Amber Ale that pours a deep conker red and smells of cherries and toffee and peach Melba.
The malting is big and round, thick and chewy, full of biscuits and brown bread, honey, roasted nuts and white pepper, while the hops give you redwood resin, orange marmalade, pithy bracken and some metallic basil leaves.
All this makes for a round and rewarding beer with a sharp bitter and refreshingly dry finish.
