To Øl Totem Pale (2.2%)

Totem PaleThis is astonishing.
Only 2.2% alcohol but round and satisfying and full of flavour.
You don’t even get that thinness in the finish that a lot of low ABV beers give you.
Instead there’s a soft caramel and wafer malt liberally sprinkled with sea salt and white pepper ,and a big fruity hop hit that’s packed full of mango and strawberry, lemon rind and lime juice.
All this and a dry bitter finish means you can drink this mid morning, as I am doing right now, without fear of spoiling the rest of your day.
