Lost Industry Biscosity (7.1%)

BiscosityPerhaps not the right beer to drink just before bed, this Baltic Porter is packed with enough coffee to dilate your pupils for an hour or two.
Pouring a deep purple brown, the aroma is toffee, coffee and prunes.
The malts are a sweet digestive biscuit, treacle and plum gooey delight, and there is just enough of a hop presence to give you a sharp slap of lemon zest and green herbal foliage.
And all the while that coffee percolates away, bubbling with a woody fire that leaves you trembling and giddy with joy.
Another winner from this fine little Sheffield brewery.
