Tempest Brewing Co. Harvest IPA (6.7%)

Harvest IPABilled as a “Mosaic Saison”, Tempest have brewed a super IPA with a light Saison yeasty bite and it works really well.
It pours a warm gold and smells of Mosaic, that is, super fresh leafy foliage and kiwi fruit.
It’s a delicious smell.
What’s more, you find all that goodness in the flavour too, lime leaves and kiwi, passion fruit, oranges and a sherbet fountain all crash together on your tongue.
And underneath all this fruity fun there’s a lightly salted shortcake biscuit, honey and caramel and the earthy fug of the yeast providing a lovely backbone to this superb little beer.
