Gun Brewery Parabellum Milk Stout (4.1%)

ParabellumThis is a decent little Stout that slips out of its can a deep purple brown with an aroma of vanilla and chocolate.
That’s pretty much where the flavours begin, with sweet creamy vanilla and chocolate, treacle tart and honey from the malts, a snappy green hedgerow pithiness and some lemon zest from the hops, and a round smooth chewiness from the addition of the lactose.
All in all pretty good.
