This. is. Brilliant.
Blisteringly bitter, its 100IBU’s scrape away at the inside of your face with lime zest and mandarin marmalade, pineapple, grapefruit peel and green herbs all stuck together with a sticky pine sap.
But just when you think everything is getting too intense you find a soft sweet biscuit and caramel malt peeps through the foliage to kiss you better.
And so this amber beer with its fruit salad and bran flake aroma is absolutely delicious.
Brilliant in fact.
