Roosters Brewing Co. Red Baron (5.7%)

Red Baron - 1This is more like it from Roosters.
Red Baron is an India Red Ale that pours a deep Amber and smells of jelly sweets and English mustard.
The malting, which includes my beloved Rye, is packed with toffee and honey, pancakes, bread crusts, pumpernickel and white pepper, it’s rich and earthy, chewy and sweet, and the hops – Admiral, Jester, Crystal and Nelson Sauvin – are sharp and fresh with gooseberries and lime leaves, pine needles, nettle tea and lemon zest.
All this makes for a super beer with a fizzy sherbet finish.
