If you want to try and change my mind about Session IPAs then you could do far worse than to keep giving me this little beer.
Light in ABV this might be, but unlike so many SIPAs, Sine Qua Non manages to keep a good weight to its body as well as providing a big hoppy punch.
And so you find a beer with a good toffee and digestive biscuit malt, laced with a dab of honey and a pinch of sea salt, it’s round and chewy, and over this the hops are super sharp shards of sherbet lemon, hazel, camomile tea, lime zest and a lick of pine sap.
All this from a little golden beer with a nice fruit salad aroma.
Yes, if you want to change my view on SIPAs you’ll need to give me more beers like this one.
