BAD Brewing Circle Punk Monk (6%)

Punk MonkThis is a superb home brewed beer.
Made using BrewDog’s recipe for Punk Monk, the beer pours a bright gold with a good fuzzy head and smells of honey and jelly sweets.
The malting is big and round and chewy, with lots of runny honey, toffee popcorn and waffles, and there are lots of sharp citrus hops that give you grapefruit zest and lemon juice, a hint of honeydew melon and lots of fresh herbs.
All this and a warm earthy background hum from the yeast that adds a lightly spicy edge to this delicious beer.
