Lost Industry just keep on getting better, and this little Lime Infused IPA, brewed in collaboration with The Devonshire Cat is an absolute delight.
Pouring a rich gold with a little fluffy head, the smell is sharp and fresh and sweet with lime and honey, it’s an aroma that draws you into your glass where you find a superbly balanced beer.
The malting is round and chewy, with shortbread and digestive biscuits, toffee, honey and a sprinkling of brown sugar, and the hopping is full of sherbet lemon fizz, metallic herbal leaves and some pithy hedgerow greenery.
And while all this is going on the shed load of fresh limes punches away, building as you work your way down the glass, but never overpowering the beer.
Fantastic.
