Pressure Drop Brewing Co. Domino Topple (7.2%)

Domino TopplePressure Drop’s Mosaic IPA is really very good indeed, pouring a glowing gold with a little frothy head, it’s smell packed with gooseberries and honeysuckle.
There’s a fine rich malting that creates a round chewy backbone, it’s all brioche and caramel, honey and pancakes, and there’s a nice little pinch of white pepper in the corners.
And all this serves to create a lovely platform for the Mosaic hops and their gooseberry and lime leaf fresh bitter pithiness, their mango and kiwi fruitiness, and the long sharp grapefruit zest and sherbet fizz of the crisp bitter finish.
