Wiper & True Saison Mosaic (7.8%)

Saison MosaicWhat a fabulous bottle of beer this is.
Pouring a bright gold with a frothy little head, the smell is Passion flower and honeysuckle, and as you take a swig you immediately meet the Mosaic hops in all their juicy glory.
Lots and lots of gooseberry and melon, mango, lime and papaya, all wrapped up in a fizzy sherbet jacket.
But this isn’t all about the hops as there’s a lovely creamy cashew nut and brioche, honey toffee malt that’s underpinned by the rich earthy spice of the Saison yeast, and all this hits you full in the face with the backing of a big boozy warmth.
Superb.
