This is a very well made little beer that showcases its hops beautifully.
Pouring a pale gold, the aroma is melon, lime leaves and honey, and taking a swig you’re met by a big bunch of fresh green garden herbs, grapefruit, sherbet lemon sweets and some sticky resin.
All this hoppy goodness is underpinned by a strong malt backbone, it’s all gooey toffee, waffles and honey, and it makes for a beer with a long bitter finish that has a round honey sweetness at its edges.
Well worth checking out.
