Brouwerij Kees Session IPA (3.5%)

Session IPAThis is quite something for a Session IPA, pouring a rich gold with a big frothy head and smelling of strawberries and toffee.
There’s a good solid malt body to this beer, a body that is often lacking in lower ABV beers so stacked with hops, and it holds its own nicely against the big hit of snappy hazel leaf and hedgerow, lemon zest and sherbet coated grapefruit hopping.
You even get a finish that’s long and dry and fresh.
Very good indeed.
