Big Cat is a very good little Pale Session Ale that pours a light gold and smells of candy canes, vanilla and peaches, it’s little fluffy head popping and fizzing with life.
Taking a swig you find a solid malt backbone that’s full of waffles and honey, burned toffee, peanuts and digestive biscuits, and a good hop hit that gives you garden herbs, hazel leaves and pithy hedgerow greenery.
This is exactly the kind of beer you could sit in a pub with for a long sunny afternoon.
