This is part of Hermitage’s Single Hop Series and you can probably guess which hop it’s using.
I love Green Bullet.
It’s one of my very favourite hop varieties.
And this is a really good American IPA, from the sticky toffee and pancakes, honey and crispbread, candy floss, toast and molasses of the malts to the resinous pine wood and peaches of the aroma.
The hops are good and sharp, giving you pithy redwood sap, sherbet lemon and hazel, and everything is super sharp and bitter as you’d expect from Green Bullet.
As you drink the flavours build and the bitterness grows, until you reach a finish that’s super crisp and dry, bitter and keen.
