Light Ale, Table Beer, Session Beer, call it what you will, Trinity from Redemption is a decent little beer with a great big bite.
It has been brewed with three malts and three hops and has a rather enticing orange and honey aroma as it sits a bright amber in my glass.
The malting is crunchy and dry, with bran biscuits, toffee and wafers, and just a hint of burned brown sugar at the edges, and the hops are sharp and green and herbal.
Steely leaves and bitter lemon zest and just a dab of marmalade and rolling tobacco before the crisp, dry finish.
