Sitting in my glass a burning gold with a fluffy little head, Indica smells of pine woodland and strawberry candy canes.
Lost Coast’s IPA does everything you could possibly want from a classic American IPA, its malts are round and chewy, creamy and smooth, all toffee and honey, waffles and brioche, and the hops are sticky with redwood resin, orange marmalade and fistfuls of steely green herbal leaves.
All this makes for a beer that’s at once sharp and bitter, sweet and gooey.
I like this a lot.
