Pouring a rich peach colour, Inhaler is a Pale Ale packed with hops.
Treading the border between IPA and Pale Ale, the blend of Amarillo, Citra, Equinox, Galaxy, Mosaic and Simcoe – all varieties known for their big fruity properties – make for a beer that gives a fresh fruit salad of flavours.
From mango to lime zest, from satsuma to melon, the flavours build as you drink, backed up by a good little malt that creates a soft caramel and buttery pancake backbone.
There’s a good resinous woodiness in the finish that hints at what this beer might be if the ABV was hiked up to an IPA level.
In a nutshell, more beery joy from Magic Rock.
