North Brewing Co. Transmission (6.9%)

transmissionI love North’s can designs and I really like this West Coast IPA that jumps from its can a bright gold and smells of peaches and pineapples.
This is a beer with a super bitter dry finish, it scorches your tongue in the most delightful way, but before you get there you find tangerines and apricots, lime zest and sherbet lemons from the hops, and a good caramel and honey brioche body from the malts.
And there you have it, another superb beer for you to hunt out.
I bet they didn’t name it after Adris Hoyos’ post Harry Pussy band though.
