Vocation Brewery No Comply (4.8%)

no-complyNow, this is what can be done with a pale lagered beer.
Like a creamy pale ale, No Comply is a Pilsner that’s had four weeks lagering and is brewed with Motueka hops.
Made for Endemic, a skate store in Huddersfield, No Comply pops with zesty life as you pour, giving yo a nose full of lemon zest and lime leaves.
There’s a soft creamy body, it’s light and round and full of caramel wafers, ice cream and honey, and a big fresh hit of herbal greenery, lime marmalade, grapefruit and peach from the hops.
Why can’t more Pilsners taste like this one?
