Brew By Numbers 21|03 (5.2%)

210321|03 is a Pale Ale brewed with Citra, Amarillo and Mosaic hops and it’s fresh and tangy and lovely.
Pouring a very pale gold with a fluffy frothy head, it smells of strawberries, peaches and cedar, dragging you into the beer and making you take a big swig.
And when you do you find a pithy walnut woodiness, Weetabix, shortcake and honey from the malts, and a little earthy yeast kick in the background.
The hops are the real stars here, as they so often are, with great slashes of lemon zest and lime leaves, mandarin, sherbet, steely metallic herbal greenery and a sticky pine resin gluing everything together.
Brew By Numbers keep on keeping on and I for one love them.
