There are blackcurrants and blackberries, hedgerow greenery and a hazel leaf pithy dryness, there’s toffee and toasted brown bread, lots of bitter dark chocolate and a splash of coffee.
What’s more the beer feels creamy and warm, and far richer than it should be considering its alcohol content.
