Tiny Rebel Brewing Co. Stay Puft (5.2%)

stay-puftThis is yummy.
Stay Puft is a Marshmallow Porter that pours a deep purple brown and smells of chocolate and marshmallows.
From the first mouthful you realise that this is a pudding of a beer, and half a pint is definitely enough for one sitting.
There’s lots of chocolate and honey, digestive biscuits and toffee brittle from the malts, and a light crunchy hedgerow and hazel pithiness from the hops.
And then there’s the marshmallows.
You can almost taste the white ones and the pink ones.
You find vanilla and spun sugar and everything feels soft and creamy and rather dreamy.
Only one thing could be better than this, and that would be an imperial version so you get a belly full of brandy booze as well as the sexy sweet marshmallow loveliness.
