Crate Brewery Amarillo Pale (4.5%)

amarillo-paleThis is a very nice little Pale Ale and its can has me wondering if one of the Crate gang are into old computer games.
You see, the little image telling you to recycle and dispose of responsibly looks remarkably like Manic Miner or Jet Set Willy.
But I digress.
This is a Pale Ale brewed with mountains of Amarillo hops that make the beer juicy and round and packed with mango, apricot and pencil shavings.
There’s a soft and subtle caramel and brioche malt too, and the beer smells of redwood resin and strawberries.
All in all, very good, and I do hope someone on the team had a Sinclair Spectrum.
