Another day another American IPA.
I barely need to describe this one save to say it does all the things a good American IPA should.
From the candy sugar sweet stickiness of barley malt, the biscuits and honey sitting thick and gloopy in the body, to the sharp lemon zest and herbal leaves of the hops, the finish that curls your tongue with its searingly dry bitterness and the big foamy head sitting cloud-like on the bright golden body, the beer smells of pine woods and strawberries and does absolutely everything that you want it to do.
Another American IPA?
But that doesn’t stop it being very good indeed.
