Fyne Ales Christmas On The Beach (5.2%)

Oh dear.
I hadn’t noticed until I’d opened, poured and taken me first mouthful, that this is brewed with Kiwi Fruit.
I’m allergic to Kiwi Fruit.
Honestly.
They make me sick.
And that’s a shame because from my single big mouthful this beer tastes lovely and fresh, full of caramel and honey from the malts and sharp bitter Citrus goodness from the hops.
The finish feels sharp and dry and superbly bitter and the beer smells of a tropical fruit salad.
All of which would be lovely if I dared to drink it all.
Oops.
