Verdant’s Extra Pale Ale is a citrus delight that pours a pale and cloudy straw and smells of lemon curd and honey.
There’s a soft round malting that’s all shortcake and honey, caramel wafers and crusty white bread.
It’s super gentle, but just strong enough to hold its own against the big juicy hops.
You find lemon rind and lime leaves, melon and peach, bitter pithy lawn clippings and just a light herbal tang as you head towards the clean fresh finish.
Another winner from Verdant.
