Fallen Brewing Co. New World Odyssey (4.1%)

This, Fallen’s Blonde, is another great little canned beer that pours a pale straw with a fuzzy little head and smells of freshly mown lawns and passion fruit.
The malting is light and bright with sticky caramel, pancakes and honey, there’s a pinch of sea salt too, and the hint of something subtly earthy from the yeast, and then there are lots and lots of fresh crisp hops.
You find guava and mango, passion fruit, lime leaves and pink grapefruit zest, a dab of satsuma and lots of fizzy sherbet lemon sweets.
And with a finish that’s fresh and crisp and refreshingly dry, I could drink this all day.
