This is a bloody good Black IPA.
Will that suffice as a review or do you want more?
You do, don’t you?
I’d rather just drink, but OK.
Carbon smells of coffee and chocolate and charcoal and the aroma sucks me in to a beer that sits a deep
purple black in my glass.
Taking a swig you find a lovely dry burned coal and wholemeal toast, honey, treacle and pancake malting and then a shed load of orange marmalade, green herbal leaves and lemon zest from the hops.
Got it?
Good.
Now I can get on with drinking.
