This is a good little Pilsner, pouring from its can a rather feisty gold with a big fluffy head, it smells of lightly spiced garden foliage and flower borders.
There’s a soft creamy smooth malt, layered with caramel and shortcake, honey and crackers, its smooth and round and satisfying.
But it’s the hopping that brings this beer alive.
Saab, Perla and Mittelfruh combine to hit you with a super fresh and sharp hedgerow pithiness and lots of garden herbal leaves, there’s a hint of lemon rind and camomile tea too, as the beer leads you into its crisp clean finish.
