Weird Beard Brew Co. Fire (6%)

A Rauchbier brewed with chipotles you say?
Don’t mind if I do.
Weird Beard’s fire is a really fun little beer that’ll have your tongue tingling for more.
Pouring a pale gold, the smell is peaches and wood smoke, and taking a swig you find a good sweet spun sugar and shortcake malting, lots of peach melba, and a smack of herbal leaves and hedgerow greenery from the hops.
But as you drink the smokiness of the malting starts to build, giving you a little bit of bratwurst meatiness and a load of camp fire smoke while the chillies grow bigger and bigger, prickling on your tongue and adding a spicy chest warming heat to the soft brown sugar finish.
