Brew By Numbers 17|06 (3.5%)

This is a Table Saison, a low alcohol beer, an easy drinking lunch time beer.
More importantly, it’s super.
Pouring a pale sunny straw colour, the aroma is lemon curd and lightly spiced caramel.
There’s a lovely creamy body full of pancakes and waffles, honey and a hint of vanilla from the malts, and a warm peppery fug from the yeast.
The Sorachi Ace hops combine with the fresh lemon to create a sharp fresh citrus bang, it’s fizzy and fun, lemon zest and herbal leaves leading you to a crisp bright finish.
