Salopian Brewery Flashback (6%)

Now this is super.
An IPA brewed with Simcoe and Equinox hops, the beer pours a bright gold with a frothy little head and smells of Passion flowers and honeysuckle.
There’s a very good malt body that’s packed with caramel and waffles, a sticky brown sugar syrup, brioche and honey, it’s chewy and round and very satisfying and it creates a super base on which the hops build their face-full of fruity fun.
You’ll find sweet passion fruit and pithy mown lawns, zingy lemon sherbet, rich mango and peach, and a big bunch of steely herbal leaves that lead you to a lovely crisp bitter finish.
