Siren Craft Brew Vermont Tea Party (3.5%)

This is a nice and easy going Pale Ale brewed with Earl Grey Tea and lemon zest.
There’s a lovely fresh and spicy aroma as you pour and the beer sits a bright gold in your glass.
As you sip you find that there’s a solid caramel and honey waffle body from the malts and a good slap of woody and green pithy herbal leaves from the hops, and over this the tea provides a lightly smoked earthiness while the lemon zest prickles and sparkles on your tastebuds.
The finish is pin sharp and crystal clear, and I like it very much indeed.
