More Pale Ale loveliness from Brew By Numbers, this time with Ekuanot and Wai-Iti hops.
The beer sits a pale gold in my glass and smells of fresh tropical fruit salad edged with basil and thyme.
And those woody metallic herbal flavours are all over the beer when you take a swig, the hops standing front and centre.
They also give you a blob of orange marmalade, some redwood resin and fizzy sherbet lemon, while underneath the malts are soft honey and a little vanilla ice cream and waffles.
And all of this is lovely, but what make the beer that little bit better than so many others is just how big and fresh the hops feel.
Brew By Numbers continue to be absolutely fab.
