Eight Arch Brewing Co. Corbel (5.5%)

Another brewery, another IPA using American hops.
Just happens that this one is pretty good.
Pouring a warm gold with a fuzzy little head, the aroma is lemonade and peaches.
There’s a good sticky caramel, honey and pancake malt, a little salted toffee and some shortcake biscuits on the side, and over this the hops are round and fruity.
They’re full of mango and peach, lemon bonbons, lime leaves and zesty grapefruit rind, and they led you to a good crisp bitter finish.
