Wiper & True Berliner Weisse Mimosa (4.4%)

This is a lovely soft and fruity beer that pours a pale straw with a wispy little head and smells of honeysuckle and oranges.
Kettle soured, the beer has a delightful metallic tang that’s refreshing and bright, cutting across its soft caramel and vanilly ice cream cone of the malts.
The hopping, Bravo and Amarillo, give you some sharp herbal leaves, a hint of rolling tobacco and some peaches, while the addition of orange peel and cranberries add a sharp and zesty lightly tart fruitiness to the finish.
