Well, this is disappointing.
I was recommended this beer and told that it is amazing.
Their bottle may have been, but mine is completely and utterly flat.
And that’s a shame and yes, I know there’s nothing breweries can do about it, but what tastes like a very good Saison aged in barrels and brewed with rye quickly becomes a floppy and flabby oily watery mess.
If it’s just a bad bottle, then it’s just a bad bottle, but usually Brew By Numbers are so good that it’s such a surprise when you do find something that isn’t quite right.
I’m going to do a little cry and pour the beer away.
