Les Brasseurs Du Grand Paris IPA Citra Galactique (6.5%)

Brewed with Citra, Galaxy, Amarillo and Magnum hops, this is a fresh and zingy IPA that pours a warm amber with a little fuzzy head and smells of lemon and lime jelly.
The malting is round and chewy with caramel and fudge, bran biscuits, a dollop of honey and a couple of crêpes, while all those hops work together to create a big zesty wash of fruit flavours, from lime zest and lemon pith to grapefruit and mandarin, along with some rich woody tobacco and a hint of pine.
And with a finish that is bright and bitter and dry, this is well worth checking out.
